Whipped Boursin with Cranberry Pepper Jelly

This is an easy and delicious appetizer for Thanksgiving, serve with crackers, or crudités.

 Ingredients

2 Boursin rounds Garlic & Herb, room temperature

4 ounces softened cream cheese

1 tablespoon half & half

½ cup cranberry sauce

½ cup of cranberry sauce

Green onions or chives for garnish

Directions

  1. Place Boursin, cream cheese and half & half in food processor (or handheld mixer in a bowl), and pulse until smooth. Spoon into serving bowl, and using the back of a spoon or spatula, smooth out.

  2. Mix cranberry sauce and pepper jelly, then spoon over the top of the whipped Boursin.

  3. Sprinkle with chopped green onions or chives
